Like the turn of the century that inspired it, boldness and sophistication combine to create a bourbon that invites celebration. Aged for at least 6 years in new American white oak barrels to achieve an incomparable smoothness. This harmony makes it easy to enjoy it from front to back. This award-winning Small Batch Bourbon is perfect for any occasion you can choose.

Nose: This bourbon, aged at least 6 years in the barrel, smells of vanilla and sweet hay, accented by sandalwood and mace.
Palate: Smooth on the palate, and the bourbon is nicely balanced with a hint of pecan pie sweetness.
Finish: It fulfills the promise of its nose before transforming into a warm, rich, spicy sensation, leaving the drinker with a complex but balanced and long-lasting characteristic chestnut finish.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bib & Tucker
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 bar spoon walnut liqueur
- Garnish: Squeezed orange peel
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a squeezed orange peel.
Manhattan Skyscraper
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bib & Tucker
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 0.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
- 2 dashes of chocolate bittersweet
- Garnish: Squeezed orange peel & chocolate square
Preparation
Put all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice and shake again. Pour through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe glass. Squeeze and garnish with orange zest and a chocolate square (optional) around the edge.
